hmmm....it has been quite some time since i've visited this blog. the main reason is that i'm super lazy. . But of course i don't spend all mi time from sleeping.. i'm not lazy to that extent.!
okie. other than studying, i've been doing stuff that i like. there's 3 of them for this month. one of them is reading. [wow... i'm actually reading..] i too feel that this is surprising as i don't really like to read in the past.
currently, i'm finishing this book titled 'Angela's Ashes' by Frank McCourt. It's a biography of the author himself. The book started from when his parents met. The story tells of his childhood. He comes from a poor family as his dad always use the money for drinking. Throughout his childhood, he had made many friends from the various countries he lived in to survive. He made all sorts of friends; clever friends, friends who gets him into trouble, adult friends and more... Reading this book allows me to know how people of the time when Ireland and the English were fighting. [ok, i didnt really study well on this Ireland conflict in Social Studies. so i counldn't really understand some parts] but other than that, it's really interesting to read about friendship and kinship. the only thing i can't stand about the book is that commas (,) were not used and as well as inverted commas("). so u can't tell when is the start of the conversation and stuff.
I've been listening to music too. now i always have the earphones on mi listening to Black Eyed Peas: Monkey Business. their songs are just so fun. especially the first few songs of their album. but as the cd plays on to the 2nd half, i got rather bored.. so it's back to the starting.!
okie. i saw this pink jacket from Giordano. it's so cool. it has a hood.! i wanna buy. But mi mother says, " you're living in a hot country. What do u need a jacket for?" okie. i'm sad.
but mi all time fave is still mi Adidas green shoes. =)
